The room was clean and the toilet flush was excessively loud.

Motel was easy to find and was fairly close drive to Williams College and the Theater Festival, as well as Mass moca. Having a waffle-maker at breakfast was nice.
It was pretty expensive for a motel with basic amenities. We had one of the few inside rooms available, but the door to the outside was wide open all night. Walls are very thin and you can hear people talking.

I think it would have been a much better experience if the check in staff spoke and understood english better. It was very difficult to ask questions and get any information from the staff. They were polite, but could not communicate well..

The person working at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. He upgraded us from a Queen to a King room free of charge since the nicer room was available and I did not even request it. He took the time to show me on the area map where our hotel was in relation to several local restaurants. He also gave me easy to follow directions to the concert venue, which was the reason for our stay.
The first room we checked into had a dirty pair of men's boxers on the bathroom floor so we immediately requested a new room.

Everything was perfect, so were nice views of mountain. The location was particularly good - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go...

Cheap stay, but not worth it
The place looked super outdated and not very clean. I found a spider in my bed, not cool! Plus, they rang my doorbell at 9 am to remind me to check out, when checkout was at 11. Good thing there's a decent diner nearby. That was the only win.
